Sempiternal has a few good songs on it but is, at it's heart, an incredibly bland pseudo-emotional metalcore album with trendy, pseudo-artsy electronica sampled over it to make it seem more mature and diverse than it is.

The lyrics are terrible and indeed pseudo emotional. The production is great and so are the hooks though. At least BMTH do the eletronics/metalcore mix pretty well.
