are you fucking serious, that's probably my favorite beat on the whole album, and IMO the majority of the beats are pretty good.
I'm on my second listen, I wasn't wild about it at first but it's definitely a HUGE step up from all his previous albums. I wouldn't be surprised if he had worked with some of the same producers as Kendrick on TPAB. a lot of it is the same kind of funky, a little lighter though.
some of the hooks and ad-libs get annoying because they're so chant-y, but some of them are pretty good too. I just wish Q would drop the whole 90s-era gangsta shit and rap about something interesting. like dude, that kind of rap is pretty much dead. it's not exciting anymore.
