Listened to Flai and Awake. Very good instrumentals. Flai was a bit long without much action but I wouldn't say "boring." The brevity of Awake makes the oddity of its sound even more striking, would def rec to people who like hearing beats in BC threads.

Listened to Stranded at a Starbucks and Curtains. Stranded has an interesting sound, though I'd suggest switching the vocals and the bass's place in the mix. The dystopian sound could be really with radio broadcast-esque vocal mixing but the bass overpowers it a bit much. However, the entire soundscape of the arrangement was really nice. Curtains is a bit of a slow one. I'm not the biggest fan of samples in the first place, so the going-nowhere strumming and the sample weren't all that interesting.

Listened to What You Know and Bedroom Wall. What You Know has this great jam vibe but feels more organized. Sorta Pixies-ish but more than just a normal band. I enjoyed the tempo changes, they felt more like mood changes than they did just speed changes. Bedroom Wall has this guitar tone that sounds like a cello when played staccato which is really really cool. Definite recc brah.

Listened to Be Wary and Goodbye cause dang are your songs long. Be Wary has an interesting soundscape, but doesn't really add much as the song goes on. It does have one of the more tasteful uses of a synth pad that I've heard in a bit though. Goodbye is interesting though. The use of complete silence is interesting and adds a lot when the music comes back in. Sorta the inverse effect of drone (it's not boring). It almost feels like meaningful traversal of a blank space. Sounds only pass by. Definitely recc for experimental, people underestimate the power of emptiness in sound.

El Vacio Del Gaucho (2015) was composed over several months and, while recorded 'live' (simultaneously) it has overdubs and some studio trickery.
Our jam albums Zapadas vol 1 and 2 are selections of completely raw recordings and 100% improvised music made just for fun but are pretty nice albums in themselves. Then there's the debut self titled album from 2012.

The vocals do sound a little lost. Try finding what frequency range your voice falls in and cutting those freq's from the rest of your mix a bit to make them stand out more.
