I Just Wasn't Made For These Times, God Only Knows, I'm Waiting For The Day, You Still Believe In Me, Caroline No and That's Not Me are all superior to In The Flowers.

All those are amazing songs, but they just don't come close to In The Flowers. I don't even really like most of MPP, but In The Flowers is unbelievably good for me. I have never heard anything that comes close to it.

Merriweather Post Pavilion, easily. Just because Pet Sounds is more influential doesn't mean it's better. Don't get me wrong, they are both 10/10, but MPP is something else.

Why does everyone cream over In the Flowers constantly?
Yeah it's a good song, I loved it first listen, but it's not that amazing. It's not even their top best songs, let alone best song on that album.
I'd much rather see a collab than the two versus each other. You can't really even compare the two albums. It was so long ago and music builds off the past. What's better a candle or a lightbulb?
