It should be pretty obvious to you how tight-knit the whole genre is, then. I assume you know how to use discogs? Look for who has collaborated / toured with who, key labels, etc. Get hold of zine scans, read some books on noise... It's quite straightforward. Just stay away from the multitudes of lazy Bandcamp and Soundcloud shit and you can't lose.
