The first track was pretty average, but the second track was really beautiful. Very involving and immersive. However I feel like you should make your more uneventful tracks a little shorter, because lengthening a drone track only ever makes it more absurdist. What you have is really beautiful though, I like "The Czar of Rock Hill"

Interesting take on spastic free-rock. Sounds like Royal Trux but higher fidelty and mixed more towards the high end. I respect that a lot.
>>66117513
I've been following the Des Moines scene for a while. You have some very interesting tones going on and everything is composed very interestingly. Is Culture Chester going to release anything else? Is Newt still alive?
>>66117343
You guys have a very clean/slick sound. The guitar sounds gorgeously clean. That chunky bass tone is also right up my alley. You guys are really good at following the emo formula.
>>66115038
Anyone can sing, I sucked at singing for like 2 years but then I eventually got to be decent. At this point in my life I think I've got a good hold on my voice. Even just from 2015 I've gotten a lot better. Like with any other skill, you just have to practice.
This is our most recent release, first release as this four-piece lineup. It's eclectic, every song is different but it contains these genres:
>emo
>indie rock
>progressive rock
>post-punk
>ambient

>Ontario, Canada, Ambient, Drone, Harsh Noise, Harshnoise, Noise, Vapornoise, Vaporwave.
Description:
Tragedy and viscera, established vicariously through slow, warm, looping and warping drones, glitches, bursts of noise, stinging synths and overwhelmingly profound levels of volume. In the ever expanding thirty eight minutes that creates this single track, Jorge embodies the strong foundations of these beliefs in what is Fauxiliary.
Now available for stream and download!
Support, scrobble, or review on RYM. Any feedback of any kind would be greatly appreciated. And give Jorge some love. Thank You. :)

https://menbehindthesun.bandcamp.com/

i like noise discussions, feedback welcome
>>66135585
Neither. Both are just monophonic harsh noise albums. There was little to no effort put into these and it's very apparent from listening.
>>66135815
all the big japanese noise acts recorded in mono, though. Recording in stereo is merely a choice in signal pathing, it doesn't necessarily reflect effort, does it?
>>66136003
Quit being so pretentious. You recorded in mono out of necessity, not choice. If you're going to make half-assed "music," then perhaps you should at least put some effort into recording.
