2016 has been a disappointment so far, as far as mainstream stuff goes. AnCo, Kanye, Kendrick, Drake, J Dilla, M83, and blink-182 all had really discouraging releases this year. Digging the new Roy Woods right now, though.
Looking forward to Arcade Fire, Sky Ferreira, LCD Soundsystem, Freddie Gibbs, At the Drive-In, and Preoccupations. Most looking forward the new Brand New album; also dreading it because they're breaking up, but oh well.
