Currently halfway through a 26oz of Famous Grouse over ice, listening to the Jim Jones speech before the Jonestown massacre, eating some sunflower seeds and shitposting.
Comfy level: 9/10, Jones' voice is soothing, but subject matter is eerie.

I have plenty of songs, they are just better enjoyed in album format :)
Speaking of Canada give a listen to the In A Beautiful Place Out In The Country EP by Boards of Canada.
It's an EP so only 4 songs, all of them are incredibly comfy. I would highly recommend listening to full releases as they were intended to be heard, rather than single songs :)

You misunderstand what he's saying. The fact that Everything in its Right Place sounds comfy is exactly what makes it creepy. Everything is in its right place. These notes are falling right into place; yet it's cold, it's inhuman, it's uncomfortable, oversimplified and inorganic. That's what's creepy about it.
It's like, if you have a creepy clown like this. And then you laugh at it saying "haha a clown how funny!" It's creepy because it's supposed to be funny, but extends it to an uncanny, unsettling place.
