Can anyone recommend some good math rock bands? I'm looking for stuff like Dazzling Killmen but I'm new to the genre so any suggestion helps.

Breadwinner's entire discography, which is like 20 minutes long

Drive Like Jehu - Yank Crime
Good spastic entry level stuff

Die Hoffnung
Not amazing but similar energy to Dazzling Killmen

Shellac aren't nearly as noisy, but they're one of the peaks of math rock and noise rock. Like Drive Like Jehu, they're entry level and you've probably listened to them already. At Action Park and 1000 Hurts are their most noisy albums, whereas Dude Incredible is more restrained but concise, with the least amount of filler.

NoMeansNo are not really math rock but they have some elements of it, and are considered an influence on it. Here's one of their songs that's in 5/4

If you want bands more like Dazzling Killmen, looking at noise rock charts will probably help you out more, since most people, especially on /mu/, associate math rock with stuff more like Hella or American Football.

Might aswell put also Don Caballero in the category of "this kinda math rock". Especially their early stuff is quite similar but without vocals and with a level more wank
