Similar production and aesthetic but the song writing is quite different in original Xiu Xiu albums, of course singing being included in previous Xiu Xiu works. Check out their first, "Knife Play" if you like pic related though !

To be honest i would say Knife Play in it's self is their nosiest record - if you're looking for something with more pop/rock sensibilities though id check out Fabulous Muscles by them as well.
