no
I don't know why people think Fleet Foxes are perceived as being outdoorsy and stuff. They're pretty comfy, not solitary at at all though.
Anyways, pic related is the correct answer.

Big tip off that you've never been in a forest.
Forests are loud.
>>65843384
depends on what kind of forest and the time of year tho
>>65841172
>isolated
No, it's saccharine indie trash
Lots of atmospheric black metal manages to capture that feeling.
Mostly Striborg though.

Depends
The forest in my backyard in Florida at the moment is loud as fuck because all the bugs are out and all the frogs are croaking, but when I go to Northern Arizona or North Carolina to camp they are eerily quiet except for the wind.
update:
since different Gas releases were posted i'm adding them to the bands list instead of albums
>>65844855
Just add the compilation Nah und Fern since it has most if not all his songs.

Pic related is not his best album but I think it's his most "alone in the woods" album.
>>65845478
yes. the more i listened to it the more i got this weird kind of idea about two worlds that are slightly different but mostly the same and separated by a giant mountain.
Cult of Luna - Somewhere along the highway
