It's because the D-Plan got together that year and released UV.
I want them to get together again and make a better album than that though.
I don't think this record becomes relevant until ur some 23 year old dude living alone as an adult, out of college, in a city by yourself and most of your weeknights are just getting high and listening to countless albums wondering if this is all there really is.
