Currently Station to Station, but it fluctuates between that, Low, Ziggy, Hunky Dory and Aladdin Sane. Incredible back catalogue.

Station to Station is his best album in the sense that it feels like the most cohesive and is the most interesting.

That said, Heroes and Ziggy have some of the best songs of all time on them.

David Bowie/Space Oddity, with Hunky Dory coming close as second.
Berlin trilogy is overrated, and I say this being a massive Eno and King Crimson tool.

Low, Warszawa is one of the best songs I've heard

I have to absolutely go with Ziggy. Heroes, Blackstar, and Let's Dance come close behind it. I also really love Low and Diamond Dogs.
