Last night I went out with some friends and girls and had an awful time. I was feeling anxious the whole time and must have seemed really weird since I wasn't talking. Also I think I'm addicted to cigarettes since I only smoke to calm myself down when anxious but recently I feel worse, especially after last night.

A lot of self-hatred and boredom. Days have started to become indistinguishable blurs and my motivation to get out of bed fades with each passing week. Dropped out of college due to depression. My once a week appointment with my therapist is the only time I really talk to anyone. I know I will kill myself in the future. I don't know how to describe it. I feel...bored, in a way, but also with a pinch of sadness and anxiety mixed in there somewhere. Very, very lonely. I feel like that 90% of the time, unless someone says something funny or something significant happens. Then there's a short burst of happiness, then it's right back to boredom. I don't know what that's called, but I kinda want it to stop. Everything's so "meh," you know? It's not really depression because I'm not, like, falling apart and crying 24/7.
