Harsh noise thread?
Not that. Uncle Bunny Faces is better and might actually be noise rock, even if it's not intentional

that stupid fucking noise general was one of the more regrettable things to happen to this board.

Great album, not discussed nearly as much as it should be around here... Thoughts on this, /noise/?

This is strangely relaxing, especially on low volume.

Better than Merzbow
>>65709294
Yeah, there's so much else to choose from instead!

Worse than waifu or pop star threads? Worse than unfunny meme threads? Worse than the summerfags invading this board...? I find that hard to believe.

Better than those "experimental" threads

wow, cool album, it's been awhile since I've enjoyed a noise rec here.
Obligatory power electronics post incoming...

In all seriousness though, I thought this album was a meme since high school, but I've really been bonding with it as of late. Being alone with this album for extended periods of time leaves me feeling shaken, but it's oddly cathartic at the same time.
Bennett's incisive lyrics really have a way of getting under your skin and sticking with you; it's a difficult feeling to shake.
Also, what was the first true noise album that you really connected with? What got you into noise? For me, it began with my love of noise rock and pop a la Sonic Youth and Jesus and Mary Chain. Then this was the next logical step...

Actually for me it was in an outro of a grindcore/death metal band named Machetazo, but the outro it was made by Scumearth, a noise project from Spain. With time I contacted the drummer from Machetazo and got me in touch with Scumearth, now we're planning a split tape, wich is really cool, since it's the first noise project that I heard.

That's sick dude
Do you have a Soundcloud or a Bandcamp page? Something I could subscribe to so I can look out for your collab
>>65710571
Sure!
https://errorhominido.bandcamp.com/ that's our bandcamp, but haven't put our side yet on the page
https://scumearth.bandcamp.com/
This ones is Scumearth's bandcamp, he has a collab with KK Null, totally worth checking out.
Hope you enjoy it. If you have a project I'll be glad to hear it

This is my favorite noisy thing. I love how triumphant it feels. Like Yamantaka is just conquering all of music. Does anyone know any other songs that have this sort of feeling?

Essential blackened noise, some of the best I've yet heard

theres really good and really bad noise out there
just like theres people who just do whatever to have fun and make loud sounds (fckn bstrds for example) and then theres also noise artists that take what they do very seriously and put out amazing stuff.
