It must be in 2017 because the last time those dates matched the days was in 2006 and back then some of those bands didn't even exist (Dewolff), but for most of those bands there's nothing announced for next year.

Looks like somebody's wishlist for next year's Pinkpop, seeing as that weekend is Pentecost, which explains the monday. Pearl Jam is already confirmed for that and Foo Fighters and Radiohead were on the wishlist of the dude that runs the festival.
