TMR is legitimately great, but failing to acknowledge its predecessors in avantgarde rock is being a tryhard.
Similar with Faust, although Faust is a far less notable accomplishment. It is without structure, without meaning, without any aesthetic approach. It's as vapid as the producers wanted them to be.
