STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND POST WHAT YOU'RE LISTENING TO.
Feel free to share how you feel about what you're listening to, as well.
Wanted to try out some Noise Rock and thought this band/album looked cool. Fucking hell, I'm only on track 3 but its fucking sick, so far.
Stars Of The Lid - Articulate Silences pt2
on dxm right now B-)
Fifth Harmony - No Way
it's pretty good
Swans - To Be Kind
Preparation for The Glowing Man (I'm not going to spoil the album by listening to the leaked tracks)

I'm hoping it's gonna be good. Swans has been pumping out good shit for so long. How long can they keep it up?
I fucking loved TBK. How are you digging it? First listen?

OP here, noticed this album on this chart I used to peep melt-banana on. How is it? I'm fairly new to this genre.
>>65529677
whoops, meant to include the chart.
>>65529677
real sloppy music, not the best place to start with noise rock or to go with the genre if you're not that big into it yet. it's proto-no wave and the album is long as fuck but I really enjoy the shit out of it.
you might like this better tho, american melt banana imo

Here's hoping as well.
Little bit too repetitive for me.
This and The Colour & The Shape are probably my favorite albums from the Foo's

>no-wave
only no-wave things I've heard at this point are Cop, Filth, and The Ascenscion by Glenn Branca.
I'll give it a short peek, but I might have to come back to it later. lol I'm not too well versed in this shit either.
Thanks, I'll check that too.
>Guerilla Toss - Gay Disco
lol what a fucking name.

Yeah I've seen it and I agree for the most part. It's a cool way to make music, but the 9/11 stuff is pretty dumb. Also it's way too long for what it's worth. Would be nice if it could have been a couple of songs getting destroyed in 70 minutes versus like 6 over 4 hours.
first time listening to it
ok so far
