I did MDMA/MDA four months in a row start of this year and could feel a bit of a dip in quality of the high. Hangover wasn't so great either. Did it last weekend after two months and it was noticeably better and had a fairly light comedown. Used to go a lot harder back in the day though. In 2010 I had a fuck ton of MDA and did high doses 8 weekends in a row and can safely say my shit was fucked would not recommended

it's just that, for whatever reason (mostly because they add a lot of energy), people want mcs at club nights and on radio sets and then some of these mcs release tunes with their bars (which they create for clubs/radio) to raise their profile in the scene and make some money
i don't listen to grime vocal tracks at home, but in the rave there's nothing better than mcs taking it turn to shell down, trust me
it's the same as in jungle, the same as in dnb, the same as garage, the same as even dubstep, all uk dance music has mcs on it at club nights, it's just what we like
