I like this band a lot.
Not in particular, the Cure are pretty well respected
Like most old bands their early stuff is good and their new stuff is shit.
Also even if you like them its okay to make fun of robert smith for being an old fat guy that still dresses like a goth from the 80's.
Also i hear even though he looks ridiculous they still have it musically and put on good concerts.

Japanese Whispers is literally a 10/10
they're one of the bands cute indie girls stereotypically like
imo their singles are the only thing about them that are essential

A large amount of tumblr girls "like" them, but it's not as ridiculous as their thing with Joy Division. I would say there's something in every single album they released up to 2000 that's worth listening to. Just don't go past Bloodflowers. Also, grab their godly singles compilation.
