Alphas and beta males don't exist
There are certain situations where some men are dominant, and others where they are submissive. Yes, some tend to dominance more than others, but it's fluid. A man can be alpha in some situations and circles, and beta in others. Put a jock in a group of D&D players and he's suddenly the super beta. Put a rock star among classical music scholars and suddenly he's not hot shit. It's all about context.
It's really high school thinking, and a complete gross over simplification. There are situations which call for "beta" attitudes, and situations that call for "alpha" attitudes, as well. Most people have a boss. You are submissive to your boss.
You are submissive to your government, you are submissive to societal expectations. No one is a pure "alpha" if we define it as such unless they're fucking sociopath criminals.
