there's this band i used to listen to in 2010? 2011? and they're similar to the arctic monkeys, shiny toy guns, and the strokes. the lead singer looks like a mix of alex turner and julian casablancas and i honestly don't know where to turn. they're indie/alternative i think? and i could swear they're from either the uk or germany. help

it's not the kooks. the only reason i describe their image is because i can't remember how their songs went or how they sounded. i only caught a memory when listening to repitilia by the strokes and don't cry out by shiny toy guns. they're not as known as the kooks/strokes.
