I just enjoy a lot of music I guess

I actually have 2 unrated albums. No clue why they don't show up.
If you think a normal distribution should be your aim, you are wrong.
No one searches for music that they think they'll be fucking ambivalent about. of course there will be a skew towards the high end.
Considering 3/5 average is retarded along with not knowing mediocre means average.

What's the point of having 4 entire spots taken up by only 5 ratings? Nobody really cares about the difference between "Worthless", "Utter trash", and "Terrible", right?
Seems like the most reasonable thing to do would be to condense everything up to and including 2.0 into 0.5, and using the 3 new open spaces to let those 150 and 128 albums breathe.

Because I couldn't think of better names for them, and the one album I have as 1.5 I don't think was bad enough to bea 1 or .5, as well as the 4 in 2.0.
idunno, is this autistic?

My point is that it's horribly unlikely you'll listen to an album that deserves to be a 0.5 or a 1, and not many that are 1.5s.
However, you'll listen and enjoy several hundred albums that are 4s, 3.5s, and 3s.
Why bother using up 3 of your only 10 spaces for degrees of hate? Even if you do end up using them (unlikely), nobody cares whether something is terrible or worthless; either way it sucks.
Better to space out the "great stuff" and the "pretty good": I'm sure there are some 3.5s that are better than others, and some 4s that are better than others. That distinction is one that matters and that people are much more likely to care about, IMO.
