Fuck off moron, The Hip pack stadiums in every city across Canada - their final tour is going to be mayhem to get tickets for.

One of the best live shows I've been to in ~20 years of going to concerts and festivals, if the stars align and this summer tour happens it'll be my 5th time seeing these guys.

This is very bad news for the Canadian music scene and American's should feel shame for sleeping on such a great fucking band.

The Tragically Hip are somewhat conventional rock music, some country/folk elements occasionally worked in. DESU they peaked about two decades ago but Fully Completely and Phantom Power are stellar rock albums and I highly recommend both.

Gord also had a handful of solo albums. Personally I like these a little bit more, they're more heavily leaned towards folk music and they incorporate Gord's poetry a little more heavily into the lyrics.
