Not really hated, but she's definitely lukewarm about it.
I think this is his best album. It's such an intense and emotional record, and those beautiful, fragmented piano ballads scattered among the bleak rockers always stop me dead in my tracks. It's a shame he doesn't realize what a masterpiece this album is.
