Yes, that is plunderphonics. That Fatboy Slim album is not nearly as intricate as SILY, but a lot of the compositions are the same thing: just various samples of older songs transformed and reassembled into new songs. The main difference is that Fatboy usually adds his own synthetic drum lines in over the track.
