catchy song is any song where the focus is the melody, usually follow human speech patterns in terms of note duration and human breath average duration, have dancing rythms, there's not a complex harmonic structure because of human voice limitations, use intelligently of repetition, use of motifs in a similar fashion to jhon williams works, which purpose is to create an emotional or beautifull cathatical experience on the listener.
