Yeah, I know what you mean, although Serpents Unleashed sort of improved the song diversity. The middle sections of Breathing the Fire and Forever Abomination always run together when I listen to them. Beyond the Permafrost is their only album where all the songs are worth listening to, but they did have a while to perfect these songs from earlier demos, EPs, and studio albums so it makes sense.
