I do. Don't ask me for recommendations though, haven't really listened to the stuff since I lost my hard drive, but what I remember as being good is:

Rhapsody
Freedom Call
Ancient Bards (sort of)
Dragonforce (not really symphonic but whatever)
Blind Guardian (also straddling the line, but ANatO is an amazing album, so's Nightfall)
Fairyland
