Have you listened to "everything" he's put out. He has a bunch of obscure stuff you're probably missing, not just Sun Kil Moon.
You're not going to find anything else like this. He's a one of a kind artist. Jason Molina is probably the closest after him.
It's definitely not Kozelek's autobiographical sing-talking, but Bill Callahan appeals to a similar songwriter aesthetic. Check out Dream River first.
