It's really close between post-rock and post-bop.
Post-rock arguably has the most masterpieces of any post-genre. The rest of this post can easily be nothing but listing out all the greats that got released in this genre.
Post-Bop is easily the most consistent of the post genres. There is a lot more around that time period from post-bop that was good than bad. Like a lot more to the extent where it's kinda crazy how could so much of one particular genre be so good.
Post-Punk is a good contender in that a lot of what post-punk did was very influential to music in general due to the experimental nature of the musicians that came from it. But at the same time, it's more of music that's influential than music that's still worth listening to for enjoyment. In that way, the vast majority of post-punk is essentially the genre for people who make music.
Post-Hardcore got its shit kicked in with the vast sea of awful bands in the mid 2000s.
Don't think much needs to be said about Post-Grunge.
Post-Metal is mostly badly done post-rock with riffs that are on the lower heavier end.
Not sure what post-emo is though so I can't say.
Post the essential proto post-rock.
