What does /mu/ think of Suede?
Among the best pop bands of the 90s. Possibly the best.

What albums would you recommend for first time listeners?
Most underrated band of the big britpop 4
Buttler was a genius guitarist
>>64685595
s/t and Dog Man Star
Coming Up has their biggest hits
You can also start with their singles scompillation since they are single oriented band

What about their debut album, anon?
>>64685595
Their first two.
And don't ignore the Sci-Fi Lullabies compilation of singles and B-sides. I don't think any British pop band in the 90s had equally as fantastic an output when it came to B-sides, you could easily fashion an entire proper album that would stack up to their best work just with those tracks.

debut is s/t

FIIIIIIIILM STAR
THE Britpop band. Undisputed greatest britpop band among with Pulp and Manic Street Preachers (if you consider them britpop, personally I don't).
Their first two albums are some of the best things the genre has to offer.
Also, I urge you guys to listen to their 2016 release. It's on Dog Man Star levels of greatness, it's great to see that they still got it.
Also, if you wouldn't Brett anderson you're a faggot
