It's only noticeable in a few images here and there. Not exactly sure how ptosis works like if it can be worse at certain times and become unnoticeable for other times.
I don't recall noticing it earlier in her career though in photos so maybe it just developed at some point too. Or maybe we just have more pictures of her so it's more noticeable.
I thought it was interesting because it's exactly the same as what Thom Yorke has.

I was actually watching a documentary a little bit ago about him focusing on stuff related to how he died and they had a coroner who examined his body say that after that thing during the Pepsi commercial when he was burned he was completely bald. He wore wigs or something and nobody noticed.
I don't think that disease was entirely what cause his skin to change color, I think he was also bleaching his skin, but it was part of it.
