backstory: i recorded this acoustic AJJ cover last autumn with my friends at a bonfire
we mess up a few times bc we were all drunk
i posted this bc it's a good memory with my best friend who passed from cancer 5 weeks ago today. she's the one that yells "awh my beer spilled!"
when i recorded this i never thought it would mean so much to me this way but a lot of the lyrics now resonate with me esp "i've been trying to move on, since you left, since you've been gone"
the cover is a pic of her accidentally kicking flowers i bought her while she was in the hospital a while back

Nice ambient sound. It's a little woozy/murky at points, but ethereal and pretty at others. It does evoke some kind of film score atmosphere which i love. I picture a road at night and fog in the town of Twin Peaks. I love that you put this out on cassette

You really excel at the garage genre. I'm not too enthralled with garage rock, so i can't offer too much criticism. I would say on your next release try to experiment a little, incorporate something a little more weird or that uniquely speaks to you. Not to be harsh, just as someone else mentioned, i feel like there are a lot of burger records bands and such that have a similar sound.

Beautiful synth work, and each song progresses in an interesting way. Your vocals are pleasant, and cozy in a way that doesn't overstay their welcome. Fan of BMSR? Your instrumentals give me a vibe of the Autumn Kaleidoscope, Lost Picking Flowers in The Woods, Era Black Moth Super Rainbow. I really enjoy your style, its nostalgic and reminiscent of the 1990's in a vague way. Bands like Slint, Codiene come to mind (i know, not very close to your style). David Sorry is a perfect opener.

Sometimes I thought your instrumentation was a little too repetitive, not entirely a bad thing though. I will return and give the whole album/ other projects a listen.
