I've been wondering about the origin of certain sounds. There are the obvious ones like Mentasm or Reese Bass, but apart from that, many more iconic sounds (and sounds you don't even realize are iconic) had to start somewhere. And I'm not talking about samples, that's a bit different
For example here's this nifty little uplifting 'ardcore/house tune I spotted many months ago:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLkLiq8lxZw
The intro (oh so dreadfully short!) sounds quite trance-y to me, yet it's from 1992! I've never heard something quite like it in the "classic" 'ardcore. It could very well be the very first use of such sound
So, you ever came across something similar? Sounds which were far before their time?
I made a /bleep/ hunger games to take my mind off things, enjoy

Most my m8's who dj fill their sets with some of their favorite tunes.
good taste is essential, otherwise it will sound like a basic as fuck essential mix.
also a mix of some obscure and new shit is nice, i mean you can ofc play every berghain tune out there but who the fuck does that.
basically dont fake it, and hope you have good taste.

all you brits need to keep ur fucking lads in the UK.
Last weekend there where 4 straight L A D S at the club i was at. They got kicked out cause one of them managed to get behind the booth and tried to take a piss behind the booth. Bouncer told em to go back to England and one of the girls i was mobbin with ended up taking one of the dumber looking lads home, he tried to talk to us about the "UK Techno Scene" but he was way to much of a fucking lad for me to get into that convo. Did have a decent convo about garage and then a small debate between friends about pronouncing it GARRIDGE instead of GARAGE.
keep the lads in the uk pls dont need more of em spillin over.

any lads pop to Fabric often? Went there to see Butterz a week or two back and they killed it, did a really nice mix of garage, bass house, bassline and grime the whole night
seriously thinking of becoming a member there actually, I end up going there once every 2 months or so and £5 a month for queue jumping, discounted tickets and fabriclive mix download seems pretty worth it desu
>>64499760
I tried to get into Fabric once but these guys wouldn't let me in
>>64499630
lol via uteslutningsmetoden så bör det där vara killen som bor i... var det jönköping?
>>64499760

>>64499760
Having membership for a club is a really good idea, I wish Motion in Bristol would do the same desu.

he spits some greezy bars in a british accent starting at 5:30 would get bare wheelups in a set desu bruv
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5xFhfleEvs
>>64508565
I have to ask, does anyone actually like Section Boyz. Fucking hell their piss poor cover of Oi was genuinely the worst thing I have ever heard, no wonder pardners think all Brit MCs are shit.
>>64508607
>does anyone actually like Section Boyz
Obviously Chris Brown does. He called it peng and said it was a big tune respect then collaborated with them and did a verse in a London roadman accent.
