Gorillaz, I really like the stronger laid back hip hop feel and the dub like bass work. Demon Days is a great album too though.

Gorillaz because the first two tracks are godly and the first two tracks on Demon Days are shit.
Plastic Beach is better than both but if I have to pick one of these, I'll go with s/t.

It's close, but I'd say Demon Days. It's less consistent in quality, as its highs are higher (Every Planet, Feel Good Inc) but its lows are lower. It also has a more coherent atmosphere that's really rich.
