there are three subgenres you didn't hit with that: electro-industrial, EBM, and power electronics. Try Front Line Assembly for electro-industrial, :wumpscut: or Front 242 for EBM, and Whitehouse for power electronics.

Actually, there's also dark ambient (Brighter Death Now, Nurse with Wound, Controlled Bleeding, :zoviet*france:) and martial industrial.

And then there are some standouts similar to stuff you've already hit that you shouldn't automatically discount, like Test Dept. and SPK

with any diverse genre, you've gotta check out all the little outgrowths before you can throw away the whole thing

I can understand the hate of late era Neubaten (though that stuff has their moments), but their classic stuff is gold.
