also classical era is shit. 500 years later and were still trying to ditch dominant-tonic harmonic progressions. the good stuff started right around the beginning of the 20th century (of course this is my opinion).

im sorry, but the more i listened to it and the more i learned about it, the more i began to realize how strictly it conforms to the pop song format of the day. i will say that mozart was much more talented than say Satie (there are stories of mozart improvising whole movements to symphonies). but Satie was much braver. and his music sounds modern even today. whereas mozarts sounds very much in the time he was alive.
