Mansun is best britpop. Return of the Grey Lantern is the shit. Also Longpigs - The Sun Is Often Out
Love Suede's debut, Oasis' first 2. With Pulp and Blur I generally prefer their non britpop stuff like This Is Hardcore and 13, but they had some good singles too.
Supergrass were great too. I like Elastica's s/t a lot. If Teenage Fanclub counts then they're the best band ever. Manics are good but their best album by far is THB which isn't britpop at all. Urban Hymns is good. The Lightning Seeds were awesome, especially Jollification. There's probably more I'm forgetting. All in all a fun era for British guitar rock, Americucks take it too seriously
