The Division Bell was alright, so I'd say PF did by the 90's. Also, Wright and Gilmour had OK solo albums in them until 1996 and 2005, respectively.

IMO The Wall and Division Bell aren't actually Pink Floyd. One is the poppy, naggy side and the other is their experimental drawn out side, neither that great. They pretty much stopped collaborating after Animals.
