i used to listen to pulse demon or merzbird very quiet, the sound would help me focus but i wouldn't be distracted by lyrics or melody
you can do the same thing with pretty much any noise or field recordings, but i find nature sounds and the like a bit less useful because they can be kind of diverting in their own way. river and waterfall recordings are pretty good too, even just white noise works
