It's Paysage d'Hiver - Die Festung.
It's a pretty limited release, with physical versions being upwards of $100. As for digital downloads, there aren't any as far as I know. Wintherr, the sole member of Paysage d'Hiver, is pretty mysterious and doesn't have much information online, like a bandcamp.
Unfortunatly your best bet is to torrent it.
