That's not a healthy way of looking at things man. Start it off easy, like some anon here said, go take a walk, nothing too hard. Go outside, look at people, even if talking to them is too hard (I know it is for me). If you're alone with yourself for too long you will end up in this depressing spiral I assume you're in.
Oh and if in any way possible, leave 4chan. It helps a lot.

As much as I like this album, it's really more of a breakup album to me. It deals with loneliness in some songs, but mostly it gives me the "my gf just left" feels.
Have you heard any of Beck's earlier (pre-Odelay) work anon? (and if so, did you enjoy it?) Stereopathetic Soulmanure, Western Harvestfield etc... Now THAT's music for a lonely person.
