I much preferred Staind's first two albums, Tormented and Dysfunction to their later stuff. They had a more unique nu/alt metal vibe and the lyrics were more focused on depression and self loathing, while they're later stuff was more generic post grunge. If you haven't listened to Tormented and Dysfunction, definitely do.

This one don't work on me, sorry.
>>63904166
I'am of course listen to all Staind songs, this one I chose randomly.

Yeah Break the Cycle is pretty good too, I really like the song For You. Also the Smashing Pumpkins albums Siamese Dream and Melon Collie and the Infinite Sadness are good and depressing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmUZ6nCFNoU

that would be a dope cover if it wasnt for the text

I really like post grunge, especially if it's a ballad or somethinf like this. I don't even know why. This one you link is great music, but vocals don't take me so much as i expect.
>>63904472
I gotcha. I don't listen to too much post grunge, but a few post grunge bands I like are Seether, Bush, Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, 3 Doors Down, Puddle of Mudd, and Godsmack. You probably already know all those bands though.

Exacly, half of this I have already in my phone with minimum half of discography. I hope some of you give me something (other than post grunge) what i can add to my collection.
>>63904644
Well if you like nu metal at all Korn, Adema, Element Eighty, Unloco, Dry Cell, The Union Underground, Skrape, Flaw, Switched, and 40 Below Summer are all pretty good.

have to recommend Conqueror too
musically, it's got a bit of a more uplifting sound than Jesu, but lyrically it is just as wounded and "at a loss" as the s/t
