>>

>>

>>

>>

Yep.
>>

This. Late romantic was the hieght off classical, imo.
>>
>>63884424
Well that's a pretty worthwhile thing to hear, then you will find out how he developed, and music with it.
>>
>>63884285
Beethovens 6th is his best, I'd say
>>63883709
Chopin's Ballades are pretty much the best thing ever written
Debussy's Concerto for orchestra is really quite excellent, I'd recommend that as well
Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition is great, just make sure you find a recording of the piano version, and not the orchestral transcription of the piano version, which is nowhere near as good.
Stravinsky's the Rite of Spring is amazing, as are his other ballets
Vivaldi's four seasons is good if you wanna get into some baroque stuff
Scriabin's Black Mass is also on point
Prokofiev's War Sonata is really good as well

Treat it like any other kind of music. Listen to composers as if they're artists. When you like one listen to more from them and then similar composers. If you listen to something and don't like it, don't listen to it for now and try again if you still want to get into it. There is classical out there that you will like.
>>
no mozart fans? i'm not much of a music expert but requiem sounds good .
>>
Bach is by far the best.

Also, there's a collection of classical music called "A Masterpiece Collection" or something similar. It's pretty good and is a good start for noobies imo.

Dude. Glazunov's first symphony sounds fun as fuck to play on the guitar. Check that out; it's a bit fast-paced tho lol
>>
>>63885010

Go for Bach Violin Concerto
>>
>>63885046
thanks man, however i'm looking for more solo guitar. I'm willing to learn piano transcribed but prefer pieces made for guitar.
>>
Which romantic composer would you guys say wrote the best chamber music? I'm partial to Mendelssohn personally. I mean, just listen to his first piano trio, fucking amazing stuff.
>>
>>63885090
ohh, well in that case check out vivaldi and his guitar works.
>>
Does there exist rule34 for composers? My friend once sketched Feldman and Cage 69ing in Paint but I didn't save it unfortunately. It was funny though.
