Thoughts on this album?
i think it's fairly solid but not even close to spiderland
songs are more straightforward and less distinctive imo

Carol stands out as the best of the EP for me, it has a lot of force and feeling to it. The melancholic lyrics that turn into screams and the thrashing of metallic stuff in the background is superb.

It's a pretty unique sounding punk album. The vocals are kind of amusing, but easily the weakest link (not counting the production, which made their bass player quit)
Spiderland and the EP are much better.

Easily Carol, I don't care for most other songs on the album. I had what Steve Albini did to it, it could have been so much better.
