There you go.
There aren't as many names as you'd think, especially for a genre that's been around for decades now.

I was surprised to see 2nd gen in here. I've always thought of them as esplendor geometrico esque rhythmic noise

yo this list is fucking great, thanks man
new dalek?

Guranteed Struggle was... Interesting

What did you think of Untitled? To me its their best.

I'm completely unfamiliar with Dalek but recently read the 8/10 review in Decibel for the new one coming out
i know Trent Reznor has produced some Saul Williams tracks. Rise and Fall of Niggy Tardust is pretty dope album too

Listen to Absence. My favorite work of theirs. Distorted Prose is madness
>>63795512
The only problem I had with absence is that it sounded like a better produced and less adventurous version of Filthy Tongues.
Every other album changed it up quite a bit.
Maybe not "essential", but it's criminally underrated.

I can see why you might think that. I just found it leaps and bounds above Filthy lyrically. Negros is my second fav and was entirely different, though the psychedelic piece at the end did go a little too long if you ask me, even if executed quite well

I consider this more noise hop but fantastic pick anon, good to see other people plugging this album

Good list, has Gary Clail on it. Didn't see any On-U Sound on it sadly, perhaps it's not hip-hop enough.
>>63796399
I'm not really an expert in this stuff but I don't hear the industrial influences in either of these
