These noise generals sure die fast now...
I need to buy some more pedals sometime, probably gonna get a delay or two for my no input mixer and another distortion and maybe some effect pedal.

NBND is what killed these threads in the first place, that and that Bandcamp compilation
those events were the beginning of the end for /noise/

People only started posting here because NBND was approaching. They stopped when it was over.
January 1st killed /noise/

Oh fuck off, we were sharing our own noise and discussing compilations since the beginning of these fucking threads
>>63670665
No, /noise/ had a fairly consistent level of activity all throughout last year. It had its peaks and valleys but it also had a cetain amount of regular posters(almost all of which have since left, with the few who have stayed posting less and less as time goes by) and a small but tight-knit community which could keep a discussion going. NBND might have been the peak of that period but it wasn't the only period when the threads were consistently active.
After that BC compilation became the main topic and after it started inspiring constant arguments and temper tantrums(which went on even after the comp came out and people stopped talking about it) a lot of people started to leave and they haven't been coming back. The whole poseurcore thing and the period from a while back when it was regularly spilling over into /noise/ probably played a part in further killing these threads and driving people out too.

the one that came with the FNF set was nice, although I could never see myself putting it on anything.
To the guy who upped the Sissy Spacek live tapes, ty once again, Flywheel is stellar.
