What kinda music do they listen to in Hong Kong? Does HK have a local music scene of any noteworthiness, or do they just listen to international/western music? Is there such a thing as Cpop (like Jpop and Kpop)?

Yes, there is Cantopop, its as awful as KPOP.
Its got a huge expat community too though so there are lots of different music there.
