I noticed that the Lil Ugly Mane discography that's in the archive is sorely lacking, so i put together a more comprehensive one, with all of Travis' projects and production credits that I could find.
I present to you: The Travis Miller Archive
>memphis rap, turntablism, black metal, free jazz etc.
Includes:
Every Lil Ugly Mane album, EP, mixtape, single and feature
(almost) every Shawn Kemp album, EP, mixtape, single and feature
songs from a variety of Travis Miller's other projects including: Across, Vludmurk, Dale Kruegler, Adult Moan, Legacy etc.

Notes:
I'm gonna try and update this as much as I can when I find new recordings, so respond to this if you have something that's missing
The Twance Cop recordings suck, the audio quality is total shit, but it's all that's available (that I know of)
Requests:
Since I'm uploading about 2 gigs worth of music, thought I'd ask for some stuff too. What's currently missing is:
>Across - Live Songs
>Lil Ugly Mane - Turns Into
>Head Molt - Mass Mind Overscum
>Face Vega - Copper [from album Black Lodge vol. 1]
>FACES - Frenemy ft. Supa Sortahuman [from album Prototype]
>Any Twance Cop recordings over 128kbps

A little hidden gem for you guys:
Armed Forces Radio and Television Service - Simple Gifts
>ambient (?), field recording (?), spoken word (?)
>"As best I can tell, this double-record set was intended by Armed Forces Radio and Television Services to be a therapeutic tool for soldiers. Like the kind of messages you would transmit to soldiers in the field to help them overcome the stress of warfare. Each track ends in a locked groove so it was impossible for those broadcasting these messages to play a full album all the way through.
Track two, “I Am A Number” is really fucked up. The heavy breathing, the deliberate delivery, it’s truly unsettling. I think it’s an anti-drug message, but the verses are just so macabre I can’t understand how this would settle frayed nerves. Speaking first about cockroaches, I guess in some dingy shooting gallery, the voice intones “And finally creeping across the dresser to bathe in a glass of bloody water, next to an eyedropper and needle. Two glassine bags torn and empty, and a bottle top still containing traces of yesterday’s hope. There is no more. The door is locked. The bed is cold. And I? I am a number.” Now go out there and win that war, solider!"

I'll just list a couple I really like.
Don Caballero - What Burns Never Returns [1998]
>essential math rock, instrumental, experimental, psychedelic, great cover art
Probably the Don Cab album that gets the most love on /mu/.
https://mega.nz/#!KBAwDJ4R!44ErirHHiXgYXi2WOfPA7puDwg9RKR7w5gS7tIT-Y0U
Yowie - Cryptooology [2004]
>extremely technical math rock, instrumental, kind of brutal and very dissonant but the overall sound is very playful and silly
A cool thing about this album is that it sounds like it's improvised, but it isn't. The band members said in an interview that they rehearsed for around three years to perfect one of the songs.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xoq2PMJ1pGU
https://mega.co.nz/#!Yw1U1RLQ!FuUIA0AUWCUDKahrC2PblQGWUcNJJp21Mefdth6MGPI
If you want lighter/poppier math rock I can up that too.
>>63609228
Do you have more similar to What Burns?
it's so much more satisfying than most math rock i hear. Usually it's way to fast and schizophrenic for me but What Burns has a nice weight to it.
>>63609253
jesus christ what was I thinking with this post. Please ignore the glaring typos.
>>63609253
If you haven't heard the rest of their discography, then check out Don Caballero 2. It's the closest in style to WBNR.
Ian Williams was also in Storm and Stress. Their style is much more improvisational and far less in-your-face. I can up that if you want, since it seems the archive link is dead.
>>63609324
>>63609253
Forgot to mention, when I said "I can up that" I was referring to Under Thunder and Fluorescent Lights. Their s/t is also good but I like Under Thunder a little more.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnWqw42Pj-4
>>63609324
I've heard their whole discography, I appreciate don caballero 2 but honestly I would rank it pretty low. I'm not sure why though, it's more that I like the other ones more. My personal ranking would be
>1 What Burns Never Returns
>2 American Don
>3 For Respect
>4 Don Cabellero 2
I would love Storm and Stress, it's the only thing on the flowchart I haven't really tried yet.
The archive link for this one is dead, so:
Breadwinner - The Burner [1992]
>math rock, math metal, experimental, instrumental, very aggressive sound, compilation album
This album feels very cold and calculated. Some sections sound to me like a robot attempting to play music.

>>63609228

>>63609380
>it's the only thing on the flowchart I haven't really tried yet.
What flowchart?
My ranking is more or less the same as yours. IMO it's kind of hard to rank DC albums because each of them has a noticeably different sound and they're all really good.
Under Thunder should be uploaded in a couple minutes.
Requesting a link and/or torrent of Kevin Drumm - Sheer Hellish Miasma
>>63609498

it's more or less half emo
and the emo is more or less trash

>>63609544
Storm & Stress - Under Thunder and Fluorescent Lights

>Andy Bean - My Fair Hatey: The Wander Over Yonder Musical
>/co/-core, Spongebob Squarepants The Movie-core
Straight from the musical episode of the show, these are all the songs, performed by Andy Bean and the original characters from Wander Over Yonder. Lord Hater enlists Wander to help him ask Lord Dominator out on a date, and Sylvia, together with Commander Peepers, try to sneak up on Dominator's ship so they can defeat her once and for all. By the time this episode was released Craig McCracken announced the show was cancelled by Disney, which is sad considering the boost of popularity WoY was getting (mostly because of Dominator's inclusion). Apart from that, the songs are amazing, and the show itself is funny as hell, so give them a try boyz, you won't regret it.

there was some rumor months ago that he has a job ripping as much Swedish music as possible to archive for preserving swede culture, which is made possible with grant money. then he just mirrors it here because he likes 4chan, I guess.
but really, who knows? I think it's pretty funny. every once in a while I actually find something I like
>>63615719
That wasn't even a rumor. People were just coming up with random explanations on why swedespammer does this. Swedespammer has never really given any indication on why or where he gets his stuff. The only time I can remember when he said something about his posting habits is when someone asked where he got his stuff and he replied 'they are sent to me' without further explanation. He's a weird guy, that's for sure. He has devoted multiple hours per month for years (yes, he has been doing this for years) to post stuff in sharethreads. I really want to believe that explanation you posted, but we will never know.
>>63615921
It seems to be a useless job.
I imagine some guy working at a waste treatment site separating the solids from the liquids. Raking turds to the left, diarrhea to the right and letting the piss flow off to the side. After a hard day at work, one of his coworkers slaps him on the back and says "man..you sure raked a lot of shit today!" The shit raker smiles and they head off for a beer.
Meanwhile, swedespammer is waste deep in shit and smells worse than the shit raker.

"This album is so fun. But it's also nostalgic and sad. And this balance of happy-sad which allows Jonathan Richman is able to create this fantastic album."
>>63615921
yeah. the baffling thing is that they mostly seem to be vinyl rips which as a hobby would interfere with holding a job, time-wise. he either has to be
1) getting paid to do this for a not-4chan place or
2) his living expenses are covered: family, independent wealth, or the dole.
3) he's an extraordinarily dedicated hobbyist who lives in an area with an extraordinarily low cost-of-living and can pay all his stuff with a part-time job.
but even so, why be so dedicated to all this random crap? like today, the comedy album he said wasn't even funny. seriously, what the hell?
